Service Description
Custom-built, comprehensive Deal Team (aka ‘Dream Team’) of best-fitting arrangement of freelance experts who individually compete for final selection then form into a united body that collaborates exclusively with prime bidder client to win the entire contract. Deal Teams are assembled bottom-up to ensure most advantageous fit between the targeted contract opportunity and the selected prime bidder client to maximize PWin. In this risk sharing approach, Deal Teams dynamically and autonomously self-adjust throughout the project lifespan and are accountable for achieving everything necessary to help the client win.

This bundled package includes all elements of developing successful win strategies, RFP assessment, teaming analysis, teaming outreach and facilitation in negotiating work share with best-fitting teammates, technical solutioning, SME advisers, proposal management, all color reviews, graphics illustration and artwork, all aspects of gathering competitive intelligence, successfully conducting incumbent personnel capture, identifying / recruiting / staffing of high PWin key personnel, pricing analysis, pricing strategy & pricing volume completion, technical editing, desktop publishing, printing, production and physical delivery of hard copy proposal to Government plus orals development, orals coaching, etc., as applicable.

How Many Clients We Can Take Simultaneously
One exclusive prime bidder client per deal. Exceptions to this rule are cases such as pursuing GWAC’s where numerous awards are based on individual company points and teaming does not influence scores.

NOTE: Blackdragon may take up to one exclusive prime client per bidder track for multi-award IDIQ’s, BPA's and other similar vehicles.

Pricing Terms to Clients
Risk sharing pricing model: Moderate Fixed Price + Fixed Win Bonus. Client flexibly chooses most suitable pricing scenario for every bid pursuit.  

• Proposal Development Fixed Fee (gray portion) is payable in 3 increments based on completion of milestones. Client may terminate project at any time.

• Post-Proposal Fixed Fee (yellow portion) is a contingent fee payable only if the Government engages the Client in post-submission activity such as, 1) Orals, 2) Evaluation Notices (EN's), 3) Discussions/Clarifications, 4) Technical Demonstration, 5) Best and Final Offer (BAFO), or 6) Final Pricing Revision (FPR), etc.

• Win Bonus Fixed Fee (green portion) is contingent fee payable only if Client receives contract award. Financing for the win bonus can be made available for up to 36 months presuming no outstanding balances are owed.

How Pricing is Determined
Client first completes a short online questionnaire for each target pursuit. Blackdragon’s proprietary data modeling calculates four custom pricing options with tailored project completion dates.

WaaS Deal Teams are responsible for selecting their own members and working together to manage every detail for creating a winning proposal on behalf of the Client. Typically, the Client and outsource the entire win to a WaaS Deal Team for roughly the same cost of hiring 1-3 individuals by the hour. Way better value, no people to manage or invoices to verify and the Dragons are a pleasure to work with because they are highly motivated to win.

• Specializing in locating and recruiting targeted Key Personnel, gathering competitive intelligence and aggressive incumbent capture to maximize PWin.

Blackdragon can even physically travel onsite CONUS / OCONUS with a spare set of the proposal to submit it to the Government customer on the client’s behalf as a contingency plan. Service Description
Blackdragon works closely with client's proposal team to determine effective orals strategy, establish schedule, identify key presenters and support resources, coordinate those resources and help client be completely organized for the Orals Proposal. May include design and development of scripts and presentation plus visual aids that are clear and customer-centric in collaboration with the proposal team such as helping speakers/writers storyboard slide content, assist in developing key messages or conveying strategies; advising on best graphics and layout, and much more.   3. Coaching for Technical Presenters: Tailored coaching to help subject matter experts improve their ability in communicating very technical topics more effectively and persuasively.

Helps define the flow, structure, and timing of the orals presentation, confirming compliance with RFP requirements. Beyond content shaping, trains presenters on effective presentation skills, including techniques to manage nerves, project confidence, and improve the speaking voice.
